If you can't find an answer to your question here, please get in touch. However, more detailed information will be provided during the initial consultation. 

  • How do I cancel an appointment? 
    I require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment free of charge; after this time, broken appointments will be charged the total session price.

  • How many sessions do I need? 
    It is good to start with around 5 or 6 sessions and then review your progress. 

  • What if it's not right for me?  
    This can happen. Talk to me, and let's figure out the best way forward for you.

  • How do I set goals?  
    Together, we look at what you want to achieve from therapy and decide on small stepping stones and strategies for success.

  • Do you provide tasks to work on between sessions?
    Depending on the therapy, I may suggest exercises, techniques, or tasks to do between sessions.

  • Can I switch locations, for example from Walk & Talk to online or online to in-person?
    This may be possible. We look at this together and see what is the best fit for you.
