Integrative Counselling Methodology

Integrative therapy is a treatment methodology where therapists strategically combine diverse therapeutic techniques from various orientations to address the unique concerns of each client. By customising the therapeutic approach to suit individual needs, integrative therapists aim to optimise the effectiveness of the therapy sessions.

In contrast to single school therapeutic models, integrative therapy isn’t confined to any particular methodology or ideological framework. Therapists have the flexibility to integrate diverse techniques as deemed appropriate, with the main objective of enhancing treatment effectiveness and tailoring it to the specific requirements of each individual.
